Terms of Service

By using the Service you accept the risks that come with public blockchains:

• Irreversibility. Once a transaction is signed and broadcast, it cannot be undone.
• Gas fees. Network fees go to validators, not to Quasarr. Failed transactions still cost gas, and Quasarr is not liable for it.
• Smart contract risk. Verifying the contracts you interact with is your responsibility. Quasarr is not responsible for losses caused by rug pulls, honeypots or exploited contracts.
• Volatility. Crypto assets move sharply in both directions. Quasarr is not responsible for market losses.

The Service is a technical tool for automation. Nothing in the software, on this website or in the documentation is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You use the software at your own risk and discretion.

Quasarr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You agree not to:

• Share, resell or distribute your license key or account access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Quasarr core software.
• Use the software for illegal activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempt to bypass the hardware-ID or licensing system.

Breaching these terms results in immediate license revocation without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quasarr Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of use or loss of goodwill.

We work to keep the software updated and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. EVM networks can congest or halt, and RPC providers can go down. Those conditions are outside our control.
